This is Mimi minding her own business and not yelling at me. Today was a very nice walk. As we were almost to the river a beautiful yellow butterfly came up to me and almost landed on my nose. I sat down and the little butterfly flew around me in a big circle over and over again. We once had a little kitten named Bowie when I was a little puppy. Bowie died right after he was a year old. We were all very sad. Our girl says that Bowie energy sometimes reaches us through beautiful butterflies. I think she is right. Hi Bowie! Glad you are OK. Off to the river where there was a German Shepard named Elka. She was strong and beautiful Turbo was there with his new little sister Molly the Puggle. Zevi the puppy we met yesterday showed up and those two youngins' had a blast. They were rolling in the mud and chasing each other. It was definitely an "aw shucks" moment for me watching them. So, I am in the water and I look up on the beach and what do I see? Mimi and Turbo KISSING! Can you believe it. My big sister having a public display of affection at the beach! Mimi and Turbo sittin' in a tree, K~I~S~S~I~N~G. Caught you!
We left shortly after that and I was glad because I was a little embarrassed. We saw the lovely Luna walking with the sweet Clementine. Clem always gazes at my person with such love in her eyes. My person sneaks her a treat so I think her motives are not really pure.
We saw Nesta in the lower field. She is such a beautiful Chocolate Lab with gorgeous yellow eyes... Enough of all this lovey, dovey stuff. At the bottom of the hill we saw Jack the Rhodesian Ridge back. He is a tall handsome fellow. Ester and Dhali showed up with their friend Daphanie. I think it was Daphanie's person walking Ester and Dhali. It is good that the peeps can be flexible sometimes. The weather today is so beautiful! I can not describe in words the breeze, beautiful smells, singing birds etc. I do have one thing I would like to mention to you though. It is clear to everyone about the beauty that is my tail. Lately, peeps and pooches have been mentioning another attribute of mine.
